CLIENT LIAISON OFFICER - HOSPITALITY (OLIFANTSFONTEIN)

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Relevant experience in marketing, catering, hospitality, or the food industry
• Contract catering experience advantageous
• Food-related qualification advantageous
• Hotel or restaurant industry experience preferred
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to conduct customer satisfaction reviews and surveys
• Proactive and customer-focused approach
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and support business development
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport essential
