Responsibilities

What You’ll Do as an Entry Level Client Representative:

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting
• Promote wireless products and service to customers
• Build relationships and deliver top-tier customer experiences
• Hit personal and team sales goals
• Participate in daily team trainings and leadership development sessions

Qualifications

What We’re Looking for in an Entry Level Client Representative:

• Strong communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Coachable attitude and strong work ethic
• 0-3 years of previous experience in any customer-focused work setting is a plus! However, no prior sales experience required — we train from the ground up!
• Bachelors degree is preferred
