Correspondez vous au profil ?

  • You have significant experience in research institutes, consulting firms, or luxury Maisons.
  • You are autonomous in managing complex customer satisfaction systems, including understanding and managing associated technical implications.
  • You have strong analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills, with a good command of statistical analysis and data interpretation. You understand the challenges of customer experience and performance measurement.
  • Organized and rigorous, you are recognized for your ability to manage priorities and your attention to detail.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to work transversally and intervene in an international environment.
  • You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Médallia and Salesforce software will be a plus.

Qu’attendons nous de vous ?

Within the Client Engagement team, reporting to the Senior Customer Satisfaction Project Manager, you will be responsible for satisfaction protocols, their proper technical implementation, and the transformation of data into actionable analyses.

You will ensure the methodological robustness of the barometers, while also ensuring the innovative dimension of the tools.

In the course of your duties, you will:

  • Manage the "Voice of Client" system & ensure its technical management,
  • Coordinate the management of the Mystery Shopping barometer (in collaboration with an agency) internationally.
  • Implement reporting and ad-hoc analyses by organizing exchange times with all partner teams.
