About us:
Hype Events is a customer engagement and marketing company that works with clients across a variety of industries to support customer communication, brand representation, and campaign operations through in-person interactions and event-based initiatives.
About the Internship Program
This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to a professional business environment while helping interns develop transferable communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
The internship program is typically completed over an 8–12 week period and is divided into two stages of practical learning and workplace experience.
Stage 1 – Client Services & Campaign Operations
During the first stage of the internship, interns will work alongside experienced team members to gain exposure to the day-to-day operations involved in customer engagement and campaign support.
Areas of exposure may include:
- Client services and customer communication
- Campaign coordination and event support
- Retail and event-based promotional initiatives
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Workplace organization and operational support
- Observation and guided learning alongside experienced staff members
This stage focuses on practical learning, mentorship, workplace communication, and understanding how campaigns are coordinated in a professional environment.
Stage 2 – Team Coordination & Professional Development
During the second stage of the internship, interns may receive additional exposure to the communication and organizational skills involved in supporting small project groups and assisting with day-to-day coordination activities.
Depending on performance and availability, interns may also assist with:
- Peer support and onboarding activities
- Group communication and coordination tasks
- Training workshop participation
- Administrative and operational support responsibilities
- Professional development sessions focused on communication and teamwork
All responsibilities are supervised by experienced team leaders and managers.

Compensation
This is a paid internship opportunity. Compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
