Your Role

As a Client Solution Architect, you are the main point of contact for our customers on databases. Your mission is to work closely with the Data Operations production teams in order to maximize our customers' satisfaction on all their deliverables. You contribute to the quality and durability of databases throughout their use.

Your Missions

Customer Engagement

  • You are the main contact for all requests related to databases (collection of needs, delivery times, database modifications and quality incidents).

Communication and Coordination

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, arrange necessary calls and meetings, in close collaboration with the Customer Success and Sales teams, to ensure an accurate and transparent exchange of information.

Needs Analysis

  • Validate the feasibility of requests, translate them into sustainable technical specifications for internal technical teams, establish deadlines and monitor progress until delivery.

Collaboration with Production Operations teams

  • Work closely with internal operations teams to quickly and efficiently resolve customer requests.

Responsible for Quality and Incident Management

  • Coordinate with the various teams to carry out pre-production quality controls, thus guaranteeing optimal quality of customer deliverables.

Customer Collaboration Management

  • Lead WIP follow-up meetings and participate in collaboration reviews, manage incidents with internal teams, ensuring perfect coordination with the Customer Success and Sales teams, implement and monitor action plans to improve customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • You have a +5 degree: preparatory class + engineering school.
  • You have knowledge of the FMCG sector.
  • You have a first experience in category management or supply chain and ideally, with a manufacturer of consumer goods.
  • You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • You work collaboratively across different teams and efficiently manage multiple activities in parallel.
  • You are curious and you want to understand the "end to end" production chain.
  • You are proactive and focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
