Requirements
You are characterized by:
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
- Basic knowledge of IT security regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, as well as in-depth knowledge in the areas of networks, server systems, applications, and scripting
- Practical experience with cloud services, IT infrastructure, and support
- 3 years of professional experience with operating systems and endpoint technologies such as MS Intunes, SCCM, or Flexera
- Good knowledge of ITIL and the Microsoft 365 productivity platform
Responsibilities
In your new job as a Client Solution Engineer (m/f/d) you will:
- Monitor the utilization and availability of services in accordance with service level agreements
- Take over the planning, integration, configuration, design, operation, and maintenance of infrastructure services and systems
- Plan and implement backup, failure, and recovery tests
- Create Standard Operating Procedures and optimize processes for support requests
- Resolve complex incidents in the areas of applications, hardware, and software

Requirements
- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
