Client Solutions Engineer

About the Role

The role combines consulting and engineering. You help clients find the right solution – and you help implement it end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Translate business goals into pragmatic technical solutions and clear implementation steps.
• Hands-on work: Discovery, architecture, delivery, and iteration — not "just slides".
• Accompany clients end-to-end: from the initial concept to production operation and continuous improvements.
• Basic understanding of data pipelines or integrations between systems.
• Ability to quickly grasp problems and translate ideas into concrete digital workflows and processes.
• Confident interaction with stakeholders and the ability to translate business requirements into technical work packages.
• Openness to adopt new technologies and tools when they make sense.
