  • The Client Success & Growth Manager is responsible for managing high-value client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • This role combines strategic client engagement, business development, and service excellence to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent engagement and follow-ups
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively provide solutions

Revenue Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing and prospective client networks
  • Present and position company offerings to clients in a compelling and strategic manner
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and client retention strategies

Sales Targets & Performance Metrics:

  • Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as defined by Management
  • Drive consistent conversion of high-value prospects into paying clients
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Achieve defined client retention and repeat business targets
  • Monitor and improve key performance indicators including conversion rates, client acquisition value, and revenue per client

Client Experience & Service Excellence:

  • Oversee the end-to-end client journey from onboarding to post-service engagement
  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns while maintaining high satisfaction levels
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall client experience

Strategic Coordination:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and alignment with client expectations
  • Monitor client feedback and provide insights to improve service offerings

Performance & Reporting:

  • Track client engagement, conversion rates, and revenue performance
  • Prepare regular reports on client growth, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
