We’re looking for an energetic, driven go-getter to help onboard and welcome new customers to our company. In this role, you’ll guide clients every step of the way, ensuring their experience is smooth, efficient, and positive from the very beginning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with email marketing is a plus
- Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and adapt
- Comfortable communicating directly with business owners and decision-makers
- Professional, confident demeanor in client-facing conversations

What You’ll Do
Customer Onboarding
Welcome new clients, introduce them to our process, and set them up for success. You’ll ensure they feel confident, supported and excited to work with us from day one.
Proactive Client Communication:
Listen closely to client goals and needs, provide clear guidance, and keep them informed proactively to efficiently move them forward in the onboarding process.
Own the Onboarding Timeline
Take full ownership of each client’s onboarding journey, ensuring all steps are completed quickly, accurately, and without delays.
Drive Urgency & Accountability
Follow up persistently with clients to collect necessary information, schedule calls, and keep momentum high—no stalled accounts.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with sales and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless handoff and alignment on client expectations.
Problem Solving & Client Support
Identify potential roadblocks early and proactively resolve issues to create a frictionless experience for clients.
