About the role

Responsibilities

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a vital role in driving growth for our existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Increasing revenue and achieving profit goals on assigned accounts.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing quotes, and processing customer orders.
  • Researching leads and targeting accounts to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proactively generating new sales opportunities.
  • Assisting with inventory management, preparing shipments, and handling customer returns.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales revenue quotas.
  • Creating, closing, tracking, and reporting on sales activities.
  • Ensuring accurate management of client invoicing and billing processes.
  • Collaborating with marketing to maintain and expand relationships with established clients.
  • Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on our comprehensive suite of products, services, and pricing.
  • Working closely with warehouse teams to address order and shipping issues.
  • Partnering with Finance to provide timely billing and documentation.
  • Engaging with customers across different time zones.
  • Addressing and resolving service concerns promptly.
  • Preparing client quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Displaying a high level of detail orientation, analytical ability, and accuracy.
  • Demonstrating strong multitasking abilities and meeting deadlines effectively.
  • Providing prompt customer feedback and issue resolution.
  • Submitting timely activity reports as required.
  • Possessing strong computer skills, particularly with MS Windows.
  • Understanding our full suite of products, services, and pricing thoroughly.
  • Staying mindful of schedules and committing to delivering all projects on time.
  • Collaborating with internal and external Project Managers to ensure all deliverables progress smoothly.
  • Exhibiting dynamic project management and collaboration skills.
