The Challenge Awaiting You
As a Client Success Manager, you will be a key player within the Client Success Management department. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty by supporting them in the use of our solutions, while developing your expertise and participating in high-value-added projects.
Your Missions
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Coordinating deployments to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Monitoring client accounts to anticipate risks and issues that could impact satisfaction and retention.
Fostering Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams (Product, Support, Delivery).
- Contributing to activity reviews by collecting relevant insights and identifying strategic opportunities.
- Sharing client feedback to participate in the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Driving Performance Indicators and Reporting
- Monitoring client engagement, compliance progress, and associated KPIs.
- Updating collaborative tools and ensuring regular, adapted reporting.
- Leveraging data to inform decisions and anticipate risks.
Representing Clients and Creating Value
- Staying informed about client needs, market evolutions, and their business challenges.
- Proposing proactive recommendations to improve performance and results.
- Supporting clients in optimizing the use of solutions.
About You
- You have significant experience in client relations (Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting).
- You enjoy working in a team and interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- You have initial experience with collaborative tools (e.g., Monday.com).
- You are organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Your English level allows you to communicate in writing with international contacts.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 14001, EMAS) is a plus.
