About the role
Integrated Technology Systems is a growing MSP based in New York City, delivering high-quality IT support to professional services firms. We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving strategic conversations, and delivering exceptional service.
This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor—helping clients align their technology with business goals while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow long-term client relationships, developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, technology environment, and goals
- Create and manage technology roadmaps, budgets, and lifecycle plans aligned to client needs
- Own the full account lifecycle including renewals, proposals, quoting, margins, and activity tracking within PSA tools
- Lead TBRs (Technology Business Reviews), proposals, and follow-ups to uncover new opportunities and continuous improvements
- Partner with engineers and internal teams to deliver solutions, standardize environments, and maintain best practices
- Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for your clients internally
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence presenting to business owners and stakeholders
- Solid business and financial acumen, including understanding of profitability, margins, and account health
- A relationship-first mindset with the ability to build trust and navigate both business and technical conversations
- Curiosity and adaptability with technology, including staying current on trends and solutions
Nice to Have
- Prior MSP or IT services experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
