I am Romain Franck, Executive Consultant at Fed Legal, specializing in recruiting profiles in law, taxation, and compliance. I am looking for one of my clients, a rapidly growing Legal Tech company and a player in the digital transformation of businesses, a Project Management Consultant / Customer Success Manager with a first successful experience in consulting/project management/customer service in a tech environment.
Your mission will be to be at the heart of customer relations. You will be in direct contact with the Product, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams, using the latest techniques and tools to best assist clients.
Responsibilities
Sales
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to identify needs and demonstrate the power of our solution
- Conduct impactful platform demonstrations and expertly answer functional questions
- Jointly prepare prospect demonstration environments with Sales
- Provide expert insight into the technical and functional feasibility of projects
Onboarding & Implementation
- Be responsible for the implementation of new clients on the platform
- Ensure training for clients' legal and operational teams
- Automate clients' contract templates when necessary
- Coordinate different stakeholders (Legal Department, IT Department, operational teams) for full adoption
- Assist the client in the functional and technical configuration of the platform
- Manage the project schedule with rigor and proactivity, ensuring the success of each deployment.
Client Follow-up
- Ensure proactive follow-up to maximize platform adoption and guarantee optimal satisfaction
- Analyze platform performance and consider ROI to optimize its impact with clients
- Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase client value
- Gather client feedback and identify areas for product improvement
- Work closely with the Product team to propose developments and participate in the continuous improvement of the user experience
Profile
- Graduated from a law program and/or a business school with ideally experience in a similar role and/or in a startup/legaltech environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas with pedagogy
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail
- Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
- Commitment to values of excellence, continuous improvement, and benevolence
- Proficiency in written and spoken English - minimum C1 level
