Client Success Manager - Payer

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support.
• Coordinate and manage all customer projects, collaborating with internal resources and stakeholders.
• Lead project efforts by motivating and facilitating teamwork among various project resources, working closely with internal teams, including data integrations and engineering.
• Ensure effective communication through regular status updates, reports, and meetings.
• Oversee customer operations project management processes and reference materials.
• Monitor and report on project status and success across the project lifecycle.
• Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary.
• Prepare and present final project reports and results summaries for customers, collaborating with the sales team for delivery.
• Implement process improvements aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
• Work with engineering teams to preemptively address software issues impacting customer projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data systems, data formats, and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including payment models and medical coding.
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like vlookup and pivot tables; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and respectful demeanor in a collaborative work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a robust track record of execution.
• A team player eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation skills, with confidence in speaking to diverse audiences.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from $108,000 to $130,000, depending on factors such as experience and skills.
