Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and support.
- Coordinate and manage all customer projects, collaborating with internal resources and stakeholders.
- Lead project efforts by motivating and facilitating teamwork among various project resources, working closely with internal teams, including data integrations and engineering.
- Ensure effective communication through regular status updates, reports, and meetings.
- Oversee customer operations project management processes and reference materials.
- Monitor and report on project status and success across the project lifecycle.
- Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating as necessary.
- Prepare and present final project reports and results summaries for customers, collaborating with the sales team for delivery.
- Implement process improvements aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
- Work with engineering teams to preemptively address software issues impacting customer projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data systems, data formats, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry dynamics, including payment models and medical coding.
- Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions like vlookup and pivot tables; SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and respectful demeanor in a collaborative work environment.
- Detail-oriented with a robust track record of execution.
- A team player eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation skills, with confidence in speaking to diverse audiences.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
Compensation
The salary for this position ranges from $108,000 to $130,000, depending on factors such as experience and skills.
