The Role

The Client Success Manager owns the client relationship from the moment someone signs to the moment they renew — and everything in between. Your job is not to manage tasks. Your job is to keep clients engaged, believing in the system, and consistently showing up to produce content. You are the early warning system: if a client is going quiet, slowing down, or losing confidence, you catch it before they do and you fix it before it becomes a problem.

This role requires someone with genuine patience and care — not scripted empathy, but the real kind that keeps clients motivated through slow weeks and self-doubt. You will also need the conviction to hold the line when a client pushes back on the process, and the relationship-building instinct to make them feel heard while still keeping them accountable.

What You Own

You are responsible for running every onboarding call, setting clear expectations, and booking the first recording session before hanging up. Every client sees their numbers weekly and monthly — you send the report before they think to ask. It is your job to keep clients showing up to film, to flag content quality issues to the team immediately, and to escalate any client concern directly to the founder the moment it surfaces.

You will actively monitor engagement signals to detect churn risk early, identify opportunities to expand client results, and drive renewals through the belief you build month by month. Retention is not a metric you report on — it is something you engineer. That is on you.

Who You Are

You are organised to a degree most people aren't. You manage multiple clients, open threads, and time-sensitive follow-ups without dropping a single item. You respect deadlines because you understand that a missed touchpoint is a client that starts drifting.

You have a background in customer support or account management, and you understand the social media landscape well enough to speak credibly about content performance with real estate agents who are new to the game. You know what good short-form content looks like, and you are comfortable having those conversations.

You have enough sales experience to recognise when a client is at risk and to reframe the value of the service before they start questioning it. You know how to turn a hesitant renewal into an easy yes — not through pressure, but through genuine results and relationship.

You are coachable. You do not treat feedback as criticism. You treat it as information, and you act on it fast. You are obsessed with getting better at your craft — whether that is how you run an onboarding call, how you write a follow-up message, or how quickly you spot a client losing momentum.

You pay close attention to detail — in the reports you send, the notes you keep, and the language you use with clients. Small things matter here.

Requirements

You have fluent written and spoken English, and you are confident running structured Zoom calls where clients leave feeling informed and excited. You have experience in a client-facing or account management role and you are comfortable working across GHL (GoHighLevel), ClickUp, and Google Workspace. You manage your time independently across multiple priorities without needing to be chased, and you are available to align with US time zones for client calls.

Compensation

This role is open to applicants worldwide, including the United States, South Africa, the Philippines, Europe, and beyond. Compensation ranges from $500 to $5,000 per month depending on your experience level and location. In addition to your base, you will earn a 5% commission on every client renewal you own. We will discuss the specific range that applies to your profile during the interview process.
