About the role

As a Client Success Partner, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their journey, strengthening relationships, driving successful deliveries, and unlocking potential for growth. Serving as the main liaison between clients and Acxiom, your commitment will ensure that every interaction provides tangible value, fosters loyalty, and supports expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the primary contact for clients, managing both immediate needs and long-term strategic planning.
  • Building trust with client stakeholders by comprehensively understanding their goals, industry context, agreements, and Acxiom’s diverse offerings to align effective solutions.
  • Facilitating quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to highlight value delivered and realign objectives as necessary.
  • Developing strategic-level client relationships to identify potential upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborating internally to create new capabilities and crafting compelling upsell proposals.
  • Consulting with new business pursuit teams to ensure a seamless transition to operational teams post-contracting.
  • Ensuring ongoing value delivery and long-term client satisfaction through proactive engagement and strategic mentorship.
  • Sponsoring and overseeing upsell projects to guarantee timely, quality execution across teams.
  • Working closely with delivery managers to ensure operational accuracy, including billing, resource management, and compliance.
  • Engaging with internal product and IT teams to stay informed about potential client impacts of new offerings.
  • Monitoring account health and usage metrics to preemptively address risks and enhance retention.
  • Communicating effectively across stakeholders and influencing internal priorities to bolster client success.
  • Seeking feedback from clients, applying insights, and contributing to innovative efforts that improve the client experience and drive internal advancements.
  • Serving as the escalation point for issues, feedback, and troubleshooting for all contracted products and services.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in Service Partnership, Customer Success, or Account Management roles within consulting or agency environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects using exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Focus on client needs by establishing credibility and nurturing relationships.
  • Capable of taking proactive actions or adjusting strategies to achieve goals.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

This position is a home-based role with the primary office based in Conway, Arkansas.
