Client Team Lead

Qwoted is a VC-backed social network connecting media professionals with expert sources. Every day, journalists for Forbes, Bloomberg, and The Wall Street Journal use Qwoted to reach experts from companies like IBM, UnitedHealth Group, and Salesforce quickly and credibly.

We are growing quickly and we're looking for our next team member to lead areas within our client services group. Our clients are small businesses to large global enterprises, all looking to elevate their brands by using Qwoted.

We're looking for someone who has a generalist skill set in dealing with customers/clients and who also loves process improvement and automation. If you have a mix of skills in the following areas, you may be a great candidate for this role.
