You'll focus on two main areas: Analysis & Reporting and Process & Automation, identifying key revenue drivers and enhancing data systems for optimal performance. This position allows you to develop your analytical capabilities while taking on more responsibilities within the first year.

Responsibilities
- Analyze P&L data for key insights and trends
- Conduct operational analysis and report findings
- Build and manage performance dashboards
- Improve reporting processes through automation
- Engage with various teams to ensure shared goals
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in operations or finance
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication in distilling complex data
- Organized with an ability to juggle multiple tasks
