JOB SUMMARY
This pivotal role is essential for articulating the value proposition of our clinical member data product. You will define its vision and formulate a robust execution plan to ensure alignment with key stakeholders and strategic partners. Your leadership will be crucial in attending sprint and milestone reviews with the Delivery team to facilitate a successful implementation. In addition, you will shape the roadmap for clinical data integration, establishing these data assets as the enterprise's definitive source of clinical information. A strong background in the healthcare industry is essential.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy aligned with departmental and organizational goals to maximize value.
- Utilize metrics and qualitative feedback to proactively identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Represent the product in all governance meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Effectively communicate roadmaps, priorities, and critical decisions to various audiences, from the product team to executive leadership.
- Act as the accountable owner for the products and tools within your designated portfolio.
- Feature cross-product and cross-customer value, sharing learnings across the organization.
- Manage the product backlog, incorporating feedback from internal and partner teams to continually reassess and prioritize upcoming work.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience/education as determined by the company.

EXPERIENCE
Required
- At least 3 years of product management experience.
To Include:
- 3 years of experience with the software development lifecycle.
- 1 year of specialized domain experience.
Preferred
- 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with clinical data processes.

- Business acumen regarding P&Ls.
- Strong communication skills.

Position Type:
Office-based role; may involve teaching/training others regularly.
Occasional travel between various work sites is required.
Physical work site is required. Lifting up to 10 pounds is a constant requirement; lifting 10 to 25 pounds is rare, while lifting 25 to 50 pounds is never required.

Pay Range:
Minimum: $86,400.00
Maximum: $138,600.00
Base pay is based on various factors including qualifications, experience, and contributions.
