About the role
Position Overview
- This role collaborates closely with a designated Vice President, managing a specialized and high-volume recruitment process for Clinical Nutrition and Pharmacy professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary recruiter assigned to a dedicated Vice President, overseeing the entire recruitment process for high-priority roles, particularly Clinical Nutritionists.
- Recruit for Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists.
- Manage an active requisition load that typically includes: 615 Pharmacy Technician roles, 6 Pharmacist roles, and 35 Clinical Nutrition roles.
- Work closely with clinical and operational leaders to understand workforce needs, proactively address challenges, and deliver timely, high-quality hiring solutions.
- Nurture demanding stakeholder relationships with professionalism and tact, maintaining composure and credibility even in high-pressure situations.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill clinical roles using various channels and innovative outreach methods.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with candidates and hiring leaders, managing expectations while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Guide the recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and hiring standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation, ensure data integrity, and provide visibility within the ATS pipeline.
- Foster a collaborative and mission-driven culture within the Talent Acquisition team.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruiting Clinical Nutrition professionals in a healthcare or clinical setting (required).
- Preferred experience in recruiting Pharmacy Technicians and/or Pharmacists.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume and specialized requisitions simultaneously.
- Skilled at effectively partnering with senior leaders, including those with demanding personalities.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills that are confident, clear, and professional, aligning with our values and patient-first culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within an academic medical center or large healthcare system.
- Familiarity with niche clinical talent markets and proactive sourcing strategies.
- Experience supporting a dedicated book of business rather than shared requisitions.
Work Environment
- This is a hybrid position: On-site Tuesdays and one additional weekday (Wednesday or Thursday).
