Choose the best place to work - within the scope of this position, it is possible to work remotely (within Germany) for up to an average of 60% of your respective working hours, in coordination with your manager.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible under certain conditions and in selected countries for up to 30 days a year.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities
In a newly established and growing team:
- Develop solutions that help detect the causes of strokes and support doctors in preventing (recurrent) strokes - with a special focus on intracranial aneurysms.
- Define the product roadmap, support effort estimations, or translate customer and market knowledge into clear product strategies that strengthen our stroke portfolio and ensure successful market positioning.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders - including customers, partners, and internal departments (Cross Business Area/Business Line) - and act as the central point of contact for all inquiries regarding the assessment and treatment of intracranial aneurysms.
- Clarify and drive implementation options, technical interfaces, and concrete product design across organizations and companies between pre- and product development, modality-specific product management, and the clinical stroke segment.
- Advise sales teams and customers on the performance of solutions and support them during collaboration.
- Plan and coordinate solution demos, workshops, and training for customers and sales teams, gather feedback, and derive improvements for performance and user experience.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop impactful content, e.g., case studies and proof points.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer needs and derive potential for further development.
- Support business planning, especially on topics such as pricing, positioning, revenue growth, and profitability.
Your Qualifications and Experience
- You have a degree in engineering, computer science, or business administration (technical); a combination of several fields is explicitly appreciated.
- You have many years of experience in product management or technical project management; experience in clinical marketing or strategy development is an advantage.
- You have successfully managed international, cross-functional projects, e.g., also in the software environment, in complex environments.
- You maintain trusting relationships with technical and clinical stakeholders.
- You have a thorough understanding of the treatment process for stroke patients.
- You have experience in the conception and management of clinical collaborations.
Your Profile and Skills
- You think strategically, have strong analytical skills, and can present complex topics understandably - across functions, cultures, and leadership levels.
- You keep the overall clinical picture in mind and are a valuable sparring partner for internal teams.
- You successfully translate clinical questions into technical concepts and can communicate and drive them forward with the relevant stakeholders.
- You work independently, motivated, and solution-oriented and take responsibility for your results.
- You have strong communication and networking skills and convince different stakeholder groups on an equal footing.
- You are empathetic and work constructively in diverse, interdisciplinary teams.
- You communicate and present confidently in English; German language skills are an advantage.
- You are willing to travel approx. 20-30% of your working time.
