Location Requirement

  • You must reside in or near Melville/Long Island or be willing to commute daily, to be considered for the position. The position requires a combination of office time and local travel within the region for weekly in-person meetings and recruitment activities.

Overview

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking a strategic and results-driven Clinical Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle clinical recruitment efforts across multiple service lines. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven hiring strategies, managing high-volume and specialty requisitions, and building scalable pipelines to support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in healthcare recruitment, proven team leadership, and the ability to align recruiting operations with business objectives while ensuring full compliance with New York State Department of Health (NYS DOH) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with clinical workforce planning and service line expansion
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles including RNs, LPNs, and Therapists (PT, OT, SLP) across home care, school, and community-based settings
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, trends, and pipeline data to drive continuous improvement and proactive hiring strategies
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, community partnerships, and field recruitment
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Leadership, Intake, Coordination, Compliance, and HR to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely placement into roles
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to NYS DOH and internal compliance standards, including CHRC, background checks, exclusion screenings, and pre-employment medical requirements
  • Train, mentor, and supervise recruiters; establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and development
  • Anticipate hiring needs and proactively source talent to minimize vacancies and support operational continuity
  • Enhance employer branding and position Always Compassionate Health as a preferred employer within the healthcare market
  • Foster strong candidate relationships to improve engagement, retention, and overall experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of clinical recruitment experience, including full-cycle recruiting for RNs, LPNs, and therapy disciplines
  • Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance, licensure requirements, and NYS DOH regulations
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment and pipeline management
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while driving collaboration across departments
