Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in a health‑related field (B.Pharm, B.Cur)
  • 3–5 years’ experience in a wellness or healthcare environment
  • Registration with the relevant professional council
  • Knowledge of EAPs, wellness programmes, healthcare management, and industry legislation
  • Experience in client‑facing roles and understanding of medical scheme environments advantageous

  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinical teams to achieve KPIs and service excellence
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improved claims outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
