Our client is currently seeking a Closing Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Review and organize closing documents, including contracts, loan documents, and title commitments.
- Draft correspondence, contract addenda, and occupancy agreements.
- Communicate with individuals throughout the closing process.
- Explain documents and contract changes to clients and assist with responses to negotiations.
- Coordinate closing schedules, locations, and logistics with all parties.
- Identify and resolve issues with closing documents, contingencies, and title matters.
- Ensure compliance with real estate closings.
- Calculate closing costs, manage payoffs and disbursements, and prepare statements of sale.
- Attend pre-signed closings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all closing activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of real estate closing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization and management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
