Responsibilities

• You conceptualize and implement dynamically scalable, highly available, and secure cloud and cloud-native solutions.
• You also advise renowned clients on cloud transformations and agile software projects.
• You take over the migration of existing applications to the cloud using Lift & Shift / Lift & Reshape approaches.
• Furthermore, you actively participate in the further development of our technology portfolio and take over the consulting and training of our customers in technologies and methods.
• You support presales activities in the context of presentations, pitches, and complex customer inquiries.
• Finally, you are an important contact person for our customers and agile development teams.

Requirements

• You have several years of professional experience in IT consulting with sound knowledge in the operations or architecture environment with one of the leading cloud providers (preferably Azure).
• You also have good knowledge of Kubernetes and experience with other CNCF open-source projects.
• You have internalized extensive experience in Linux, Networking, and Security Best Practices.
• You are a team player, proactive, and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented.
• You already have experience in the conception and execution of training courses.
• Very good German and English skills (min. C1) for working in international teams and for communication with German-speaking customers.

Application Process

• Initially, there is a casual first get-to-know-you with HR, where insights are provided, mutual expectations are clarified, and general questions are answered to create an initial general framework.
• In a second interview, we go into technical depth; if necessary, there may also be a task to complete. We discuss project workflows, customer projects, technical requirements, etc. We naturally involve a subject matter expert for support.
• In the final step, there is of course the opportunity to get an impression on-site at the respective locations and to get to know the team over a joint lunch. You will also get to know the respective team leader and COO.
