Your Role

As a Cloud Architect (m/f/d):

• Design scalable, resilient and secure cloud-native solutions for various customer requirements on public cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Advise customers on architectural decisions throughout the entire project lifecycle, including the presales phase, cost estimation, and act as a liaison to all relevant stakeholders.
• Apply expertise in tenders and contribute to the creation of overarching/complex service descriptions.
• Shape our standards, especially in the areas of Cloud, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps, including documentation, and ensure their implementation in projects.
• Take on the role of a mentor to support colleagues and development teams with architectural decisions and implementation.

Your Profile

What you bring:

• Completed studies in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in current cloud technologies (containers, serverless, ML/AI infrastructure, IaC, CI/CD pipelines and security standards) on one of the leading public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Project experience in application development projects with Java, C# or Python.
• Experience in creating architectural documentation (e.g., with ARC42 or Architecture Decision Records) or an ISAQB Advanced Level certification.
• Certifications like AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert are desirable.
• Very good German (C1) and good English skills (B2) in speaking and writing.
