Your Tasks

• You analyze, conceptualize, and develop data solutions (including data pipelines) based on modern cloud architectures (Azure, GCP).
• You optimize data infrastructures, apply DevOps principles (automation, CI/CD) to the entire data lifecycle, and build container-based analytics platforms.
• You analyze, conceptualize, and advise on the development of data architectures in the cloud (e.g., with BigQuery, Microsoft Fabric).
• You work closely with the business departments/product owners of our clients and plan and realize demanding projects in an agile environment.
• You follow current trends and evaluate new technologies, tools, and frameworks.
• True to our guiding principle "Knowledge increases by sharing it," you pass on your know-how to others – both to your colleagues and our students, and at the client's site during projects.
• You also share your knowledge in our ORDIX® Blog, as a speaker in our seminars, or at technical conferences – according to your strengths.

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a comparable completed apprenticeship and at least 2 years of professional experience
• Project experience with the data services of the major public cloud providers (Azure, GCP)
• Certifications from the major public cloud providers (Azure, GCP) are an advantage
• Good knowledge in Java, Scala, or Python
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD technologies such as Docker, Jenkins, or GitLab
• Initial experience in building data pipelines based on a Hadoop cluster (Spark, Kafka, NiFi) is advantageous
• Knowledge of data orchestration frameworks (like Apache Airflow) is advantageous
• Basic knowledge of relational databases is advantageous
• Interest in IT trends and technology developments
• You have perfect command of German, both written and spoken, and possess good English skills
