Cloud Data Project Manager

CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team supporting a federal client. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project-level activities to ensure timely and compliant delivery of platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate project activities and deliverables
• Maintain project artifacts including schedules, risk logs, and status dashboards
• Coordinate and document meetings, decisions, and action items within required timelines
• Track execution across platform build, Authorization to Operate (ATO), and operations phases
• Support weekly and monthly reporting processes

Qualifications

• Federal IT project management and governance
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP, Zero Trust)
• Understanding of multi-cloud architectures and data platforms
• Cost, schedule, and performance management
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement

Desired Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery models
• Familiarity with federal compliance requirements
• Experience supporting platform implementation or system deployment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), CompTIA Project+
• Must have a current PMP or comparable certificate
• At least 2 years of Project Manager experience
• Experience supporting IT or cloud-related projects
• Experience managing federal IT programs
