WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

• • 2/3 years of proven hands-on experience with AWS services and production cloud workloads
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes (Jenkins, GitHub, BitBucket)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby)
• Knowledge of automation and configuration management (Ansible)
• Understanding of ITIL processes (change, problem, incident management)
• Experience with agile methodologies and Scrum framework
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience working with diverse, global user base

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop and implement global cloud standards using Infrastructure as Code
• Manage and migrate legacy Infrastructure as Code stacks
• Respond to cloud environment issues and monitoring alerts
• Assist users xhfqzwm with access-related issues ensuring security best practices (MFA, key management)
• Ensure cloud environment health through patching, anti-virus, backups, and performance monitoring
• Provide Day 2 troubleshooting support for cloud infrastructure
• Manage configuration management and migrate to new tool releases
• Create and maintain runbooks and support documentation
• Collaborate with product development teams using agile methodologies
