Cloud DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build, and Tekton
• Support deployment and operations of cloud native applications on Google Cloud Platform
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage container based deployments
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud resources
• Automate build, deployment, and operational tasks using Python scripting
• Collaborate with application development teams to enable DevOps best practices
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize build and deployment pipelines
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and reliability standards
• Participate in incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Cloud / DevOps Engineering
• Strong hands on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines using: GitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build, Tekton
• Proficiency in Docker and containerization concepts
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools preferred)
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and scripting
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, SDLC, and cloud native architectures
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes or managed container platforms
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise scale environments
• Prior experience working with onsite/offshore delivery models
