Responsibilities

• You conceptualize and implement dynamically scalable, highly available, and secure cloud and cloud-native solutions.
• You design sub-aspects of a larger application architecture and also take over the migration of existing applications to the cloud as well as the implementation of the cloud architecture.
• You also configure and manage complex distributed systems.
• You are responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting systems to ensure ongoing operation.
• Furthermore, you are responsible for the development and technical coordination of the IT environment at PRODYNA and at the client's site.
• You have your own area of responsibility, a team of colleagues with the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues, and you will significantly shape PRODYNA's culture.

Requirements

• You already have several years of experience in the field of distributed systems as well as containerization with Kubernetes, Docker, and other open-source projects from the CNCF ecosystem.
• You have very good knowledge of common cloud providers (preferably Azure).
• You also have a solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code / automation frameworks.
• You have internalized extensive experience in Linux, networking, and security best practices.
• You are a team player, have strong communication skills, and work solution-oriented and independently.
• Very good German and English skills (min. C1) for working in international teams and for communicating with German-speaking clients.

Application Process

• It starts with a casual initial get-to-know-you with HR, where insights are provided, mutual expectations are clarified, and general questions are answered to create an initial general framework.
• In a second conversation, we delve into technical depth; a task may also be assigned. We discuss project workflows, client projects, technical requirements, etc. We naturally involve a subject matter expert for support.
• In the final step, there is of course the opportunity to get an impression on-site at the respective locations and to get to know the team over a joint lunch. You will also meet the respective team leader and COO.
