Cloud Engineer

Join the dynamic and innovative cloud team dedicated to advancing cloud adoption and infrastructure automation across the organization. As a Cloud Engineer, you'll be pivotal in developing and delivering a continuous infrastructure automation platform.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a consultative partner to application teams for multi-cloud application and service delivery.
• Implement and optimize cloud operations for internal clients, including monitoring, logging, and security enhancements.
• Collaborate in the creation and deployment of a continuous infrastructure automation platform.
• Develop templates for provisioning, configuration, and policy as code to enable self-service capabilities for cloud infrastructure.
• Create automated templates for "gold images" in Linux and Windows environments to streamline processes.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent relevant experience in cloud engineering.
• Proficiency with major public cloud platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong scripting skills using languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools, such as Ansible or Terraform.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, including GitLab and Jenkins, is an advantage.
• Understanding of cloud-native engineering concepts like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience with cloud networking and security tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise change and release management processes.
