Latcha+Associates is currently seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to join our Information technology team to optimize, implement, and maintain our organization’s cloud-based systems. Latcha is a digital marketing agency with a multidisciplinary approach that allows us to develop thoughtful solutions that combine design, technology, data and creativity.

About the Role

A Cloud Engineer’s responsibilities include deploying and debugging systems, as well as executing new cloud initiatives. Ultimately, you will work with different IT professionals and teams to ensure our cloud computing systems meet the needs of our organization and customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
• Excellent collaboration skills; great understanding of Azure Services, Network, and Security with experience working closely with application teams
• Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues
• Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements
• Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Azure Cloud Engineer
• 5+ years of experience on cloud technologies in Microsoft Azure
• Azure certifications preferred
• 5+ years of experience in any three of these respective areas at minimum – MS SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Couchbase
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Client management skills to discuss systems as needed
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Cloud Engineer
• Experience in marketing tech, ad tech, or personalization systems – automotive a big plus
