About

For an established Swiss IT service provider, we are looking for a technically adept individual to manage, develop, and oversee technical projects in the IaaS and PaaS environment for private cloud customer environments.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the technical operation of an assigned customer base, advise clients on IT matters, and coordinate the successful implementation of projects together with internal Cloud Engineers.

Your Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for operations and projects in the private cloud environment
• Support and further development of customer environments in the IaaS and PaaS areas
• Advising clients on IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and lifecycle topics
• Technical coordination of Cloud Engineers within customer mandates
• Conception, planning, and implementation of technical projects
• Ensuring project success, quality, cost control, and sustainable operation
• Close collaboration with clients, internal specialists, and other technical teams

Your Profile

• Education or further training in IT
• Experience in technical project management, customer support, or technical service responsibility
• Solid technical background in private cloud, IaaS, or PaaS environments
• Knowledge in areas such as Windows Server, Linux Server, Docker, Kubernetes, or Cloud Native
• Structured, independent, and analytical way of working
• Enjoyment of customer contact, consulting, and technical responsibility
• Team-oriented personality with respectful and solution-oriented communication
• Very good German skills and good English skills
