About the role
Responsibilities
- Planung, Aufbau und Betrieb hochsicherer IT-Infrastrukturen in eigenen Rechenzentren oder privaten Cloud-Umgebungen
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen und unterbrechungsfreien Systembetriebs durch kontinuierliches Monitoring und proaktives Eingreifen bei Störungen
- Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und Systemhärtungen, um den Schutz kritischer IT-Systeme zu gewährleisten
- Automatisierung wiederkehrender Abläufe mit modernen Orchestrierungs- und Konfigurationstools
- Bereitstellung und Anpassung von Test- und Entwicklungsumgebungen für neue Softwarelösungen und Updates
- Erstellung von Richtlinien und Best-Practice-Konzepten zur Standardisierung und Optimierung der betreuten Systeme
Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit sicheren, virtualisierten Infrastrukturen sowie mit gängigen Virtualisierungslösungen und Private-Cloud-Technologien
- Praktische Kenntnisse in Linux-Systemen, Kubernetes, Open Stack, CI/CD-Pipelines, Git Lab sowie Monitoring-Lösungen (z. B. Grafana, Prometheus)
- Erfahrung mit Infrastructure-as-Code-Technologien (z. B. Ansible) und idealerweise in regulierten Umgebungen
- Für den Austausch mit Ihrem Team sind fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) notwendig
Requirements
- Completed IT degree or comparable training with relevant practical experience.
- Several years of experience with secure, virtualized infrastructures as well as with common virtualization solutions and private cloud technologies.
- Practical knowledge in Linux systems, Kubernetes, Open Stack, CI/CD pipelines, Git Lab, and monitoring solutions (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code technologies (e.g., Ansible) and ideally in regulated environments.
- Fluent German language skills (C1) are necessary for communication with your team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and operate highly secure IT infrastructures in own data centers or private cloud environments.
- Ensure stable and uninterrupted system operation through continuous monitoring and proactive intervention in case of disruptions.
- Implement security measures and system hardening to ensure the protection of critical IT systems.
- Automate recurring processes with modern orchestration and configuration tools.
- Provide and adapt test and development environments for new software solutions and updates.
- Create policies and best practice concepts for standardization and optimization of managed systems.
