What You’ll Do
| Area | Responsibilities |

| Cloud Operations | • Operate, monitor and continuously improve our Azure‑based services. • Ensure high availability, performance and security of the platform. |
| CI/CD | • Design, build and optimise pipelines (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions). • Automate testing, deployment and release processes. |
| Architecture & Automation | • Contribute to scalability, security and automation initiatives. • Participate in architectural decisions and technical road‑maps. |
| Collaboration | • Work closely with product development and support teams on technical issues. • Assist customers with cloud deployments, access models and integration scenarios. |
| Documentation & Continuous Improvement | • Create and maintain clear documentation. • Monitor platform health, analyse metrics and drive ongoing optimisation. |
Who You Are

| • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable field. • Strong interest in cloud technologies – first‑hand experience with Azure is a plus. • Good grasp of: – Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking, Identity) – CI/CD concepts (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) – Containerisation (Docker; Kubernetes/AKS optional) – Monitoring & logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights) – REST, OAuth 2.0, JSON, micro‑service architectures. • Basic knowledge of IT‑security, certificates, networking and automation. • Structured, responsible work style and a strong willingness to learn. • German C1+ (internal communication) and English B2–C1 (technical docs & customer contact). |
• Experience with SAP‑related integration (Jira, Git, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud ALM). • Exposure to Kubernetes/AKS. • Prior work in a consultancy or customer‑facing role. |

Requirements
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field
- Basic to advanced technical knowledge in: Microsoft Azure (e.g., App Services, Functions, Storage, Networking, Identity)
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar)
- Container technologies (Docker, optionally Kubernetes/AKS)
- Monitoring & logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
- REST, OAuth 2.0, JSON, microservice architectures
- Experience with SAP-related integration scenarios (Jira, Git, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud ALM)
- Basic understanding of IT security, certificates, networking, and automation
- Structured working style, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
- Very good German skills (C1+) for internal coordination
- Good English skills (B2–C1) for technical documentation and customer communication
