About Us

The vision of our unit "smart application builder" is to develop innovative software solutions for our partners in the DB Group and deliver them to production as quickly as possible in order to test their effectiveness and gain insights for their further development. To achieve this, we work in several cross-functional DevOps teams on currently seven products and continuously develop our "toolbox" with technical solution components. We strongly rely on Scrum as a process model and engage in very close and intensive collaboration with customers, who act as Product Owners. We make methodological, technological, and tool decisions collaboratively within our teams, thus developing ourselves professionally, technically, and methodically with foresight and constantly. True to the motto "you build it, you run it", our responsibility also includes the long-term further development and operation of the products, and we strive for a T-shaped skillset for all team members.

Your Responsibilities:

• You continuously work on the further development of our DevOps mindset
• You plan, design, and develop the infrastructure of our cloud-native developed products
• In the cross-functional team, you contribute your operational know-how to the design of the software product architecture
