Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud to design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure supporting Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management systems. The role focuses on building scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions supporting Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management processes.
• Monitor cloud resources, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
• Automate deployment, scaling, and maintenance using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM templates.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to support cloud-based applications.
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance of cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure and application issues.
• Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Mentor junior cloud engineers and guide teams on cloud architecture best practices (senior-level).

Experience & Qualifications

Mid-Level (4–7 years of relevant experience):

• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud.
• Knowledge of Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, or Liquidity Management processes.
• Experience with cloud networking, storage, compute, and security services.
• Familiarity with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.
• Ability to independently manage cloud resources and troubleshoot operational issues.

Senior-Level (7+ years of relevant experience):

• Deep expertise in cloud architecture, multi-cloud deployments, and enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Broad understanding of financial services domains: Payments, Investor Services, Trade, Pricing & Billing, and Liquidity Management.
• Proven experience in designing secure, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions.
• Leadership skills, including mentoring teams and driving cloud strategy.
• Acts as an escalation point for complex cloud or infrastructure issues and drives innovation in cloud operations.
