About the role
**Minimum qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in enterprise, Go-To-Market or sales recruiting. - 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team. - Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech, or in a similar industry. • *Preferred qualifications**:
- 6 years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting. - Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor. - Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment. - Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships. - Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail. • *About the job**: In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting top talent to Google Cloud across Western Europe. You will directly support the growth and success of the Cloud Customers business in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg (BENELUX), Nordics and France, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.

- Recruit and hire top Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives. - Develop and own innovative sourcing strategies and drive a high level of quality through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research. - Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management. - Negotiate complex and competitive offers to close top talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.
