Anyone who understands infrastructure as code and automation as a core craft is in the right place here. We are looking for a technically strong personality who operates and continuously develops complex platform environments with precision.

Responsibilities

• Building and operating a scalable, highly secure cloud infrastructure with a focus on automation and minimal manual intervention
• Developing self-service automations for internal and external users for efficient provisioning and updating of services
• Implementing and further developing security architectures including PKI management, Vault integration, and granular access control (IAM/PAM)
• Operating and optimizing hybrid Linux/Windows system landscapes including comprehensive scripting automation (Bash, PowerShell)
• Building and maintaining a holistic monitoring and alerting framework based on modern observability principles
• Close coordination with development teams to anchor operational requirements early in the development process
• Analysis and resolution of performance bottlenecks as well as continuous capacity planning for growing workloads

Qualifications

• Solid education or degree in computer science, systems engineering, or a related field
• Practical experience with virtualization and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, VMware, or similar)
• Confident use of automation frameworks such as Ansible and modern CI/CD platforms (GitLab, GitHub Actions)
• Experience in platform security: Vault, PKI, certificate management, IdP integration
• Knowledge of observability technologies (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or similar)
• Good understanding of network fundamentals including DNS architecture, proxy configuration, and routing concepts
• Communicative, team-oriented personality with high initiative and a structured working style
