Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (m/w/d)

Overview

As a Cloud & Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d), you will take responsibility for reliable IT operations in a dedicated team in Aalen. You will work on the support and further development of a Microsoft-supported system landscape, with good development opportunities. We offer structured onboarding, targeted further training, and flexible working hours for better work-life balance. In diverse projects, you will coordinate technical changes and actively contribute to improving processes and system stability.

Your Tasks

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, mobile devices, and associated software using Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Intune
• Support users via the Service Desk and conduct targeted training sessions
• Optimize network and security components to ensure performance and availability
• Operate and further develop central system landscapes and implement change and rollout measures
• Actively participate in central IT projects and take on tasks in planning, testing, and commissioning
• Create reliable documentation, status reports, and coordinate with 2-3 internal interfaces

Your Profile

• Completed IT training or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in system administration and IT support
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Intune
• Structured, responsible, and highly service-oriented work approach
• Confident communication with colleagues and ability to coordinate across departments
• Desire for professional development and active use of further training opportunities
