Cloud Integration Engineer (m/w/d)

Overview

You will start in a technical team that operates and further develops cloud and data platforms. You will learn how to implement scalable hosting environments for data-intensive applications and how container orchestration contributes to stability. You will work with data integration tools such as FME or similar tools, as well as with cloud and container technologies. You will benefit from individual onboarding, personal mentoring, and flexible working conditions.

Your Tasks

• Help shape the operating model for data integration platforms such as FME and similar tools
• Operate and optimize cloud-based hosting environments for data-intensive applications
• Introduce and maintain container orchestration solutions based on Docker and Kubernetes
• Automate operational processes with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD approaches
• Support development teams with operational and performance questions
• Create documentation, operating manuals, and status reports
• Coordinate with internal interfaces from technology, purchasing, and quality

Your Profile

• Completed degree or training in IT with initial professional practice
• Initial experience with cloud infrastructures and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Affinity for data processing and experience with FME or comparable integration platforms is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools
• Structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as teamwork skills
• Confident communication skills in German and English
