About the role Our client is a rapidly growing French IT services group specializing in cloud transformation and managed services. The organization supports mid-sized and large enterprises across industries in designing, migrating, optimizing, and operating modern cloud infrastructures. With multiple offices across France and a strong multi-cloud expertise, they combine strategic consulting, cloud engineering, automation, observability, and 24/7 managed operations to deliver secure, scalable, and sustainable IT environments. As a Cloud Operations Engineer (Level 2+), you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining multi-cloud public infrastructure environments for enterprise customers. You will work in a structured ITIL environment and contribute both to operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities • Provide Level 2+ technical support across multi-cloud public environments (AWS, GCP, OCI, OVH, and occasionally Azure) • Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools in compliance with ITIL processes • Operate and maintain Linux-based cloud infrastructures • Perform daily operational activities (monitoring, backups, patching, health checks) • Diagnose and resolve IaaS / PaaS infrastructure incidents • Update and enhance technical documentation and knowledge bases • Apply and promote cloud security and operational best practices • Participate in technical committees and client steering meetings • Collaborate with project teams during deployment and evolution phases • Contribute to cloud advisory and expertise missions • Stay up to date with emerging cloud technologies and share knowledge internally Requirements • Engineering degree (or equivalent) • Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud operations or similar roles • Strong hands-on experience with Linux in cloud-hosted environments • Exposure to multi-cloud ecosystems (AWS, GCP, OCI, OVH, Azure) • Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices
