Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Operating as the senior technical authority for Microsoft cloud and EUC platforms
• Handling major incidents and complex escalations across customer environments
• Owning incidents end‑to‑end, from diagnosis through to resolution and customer updates
• Supporting and improving operational stability, availability, and performance
• Technically reviewing and approving changes, participating in CAB
• Leading root cause analysis and contributing to problem management
• Improving operational efficiency through automation and PowerShell
• Creating and maintaining high‑quality operational and troubleshooting documentation
• Coaching engineers and contributing to a strong on‑call and shift culture
• Working closely with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to resolve issues fast

Qualifications

Your Technical Background

• 5+ years’ experience in an MSP or multi‑tenant support environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 administration and licensing
  • Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory
  • Exchange / Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, endpoint management
  • Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • Azure Virtual Desktop / RDS
  • End‑user devices and desktop platforms
  • VMware and on‑prem networking fundamentals
• Comfortable scripting and automating with PowerShell
• Experience working with ITSM tools and structured incident management
• Microsoft certifications such as MD‑102, MS‑700, SC‑300 (or equivalent)
