Cloud Operations Engineer MS Dynamics CRM (w/m/d)

What you can expect

• You are responsible for important activities in the service lifecycle process with a focus on service transition and service operation of cloud applications, including planning and execution of deployments.
• You manage and coordinate operational handovers, 2nd level support, and collaboration with internal and external service providers.
• You ensure and optimize operational processes through monitoring, quality assurance, and performance analysis, including IT security support.
• You provide technical consulting to IT development projects and support the conception and acceptance of tests and operational concepts.
• You support IT product management with operational release maintenance, license management, and communication with product vendors.

What you bring

• A completed university degree in business informatics, computer science, or a comparable field, as well as several years of professional experience in IT operations.
• Sound knowledge in cloud operations, expert knowledge in application operations according to ITIL, and banking industry understanding.
• Very good analytical skills, high decision-making ability, and a goal-oriented, precise way of working.
• Experience in conflict management and strong persuasive skills in collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Good English skills for professional communication in an international environment.
