The Role

• Develop and maintain highly available Kubernetes environments and self-service solutions for developer efficiency.
• Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, monitoring, and tracing to ensure service performance.
• Integrate security checks and Policy-as-Code directly into CI/CD pipelines and manage clusters with GitOps tools.
• Advance automation of cloud infrastructure and services using Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Provide expert consultation to internal development teams on cloud-native application architecture and foster knowledge sharing in cloud technologies.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience with Docker images and Kubernetes deployments using tools like Helm.
• Strong background in modern CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and GitOps/DevOps practices.
• Practical experience with at least one major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Excellent general IT knowledge including Linux, networking, PKI, and Identity Providers.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and teams, fluent in German and proficient in English.
• A degree or vocational training in IT or equivalent qualifications.
