Responsibilities
To strengthen our IT department, we are recruiting for immediate or agreed-upon start date:
- Optimize and manage on-prem and Azure Kubernetes clusters (RKE2/AKS)
- Manage CI/CD pipelines in Git Lab CI and ensure declarative deployments via Argo CD
- Operate and evolve the ELK stack for log centralization, dashboard creation, and alert setup
- Administer Azure resources and ensure proper application of security policies
- Deploy and evolve cloud resources through our Infrastructure as Code foundations based on Open Tofu and Ansible
- Ensure platform monitoring and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana, complementing the ELK stack
- Manage the deployment and availability of middleware and data components: Rabbit MQ, Redis, PostgreSQL
- Participate in production incident management, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Write and maintain technical documentation for operational procedures and architectures
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Dev Ops, SRE, or platform engineering role
- Proficiency in Kubernetes: deployments, services, Helm, pod and cluster debugging
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD for Git Ops continuous deployment
- Good practice of Git Lab: CI/CD pipelines, runners, container registries
- Experience in administering the ELK stack: Elasticsearch, Logstash / Filebeat, Kibana
- Knowledge of the Azure ecosystem: AKS, Entra, NSG, Key Vault, Azure Monitor
- Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code: Open Tofu and Ansible
- Bash and/or Python scripting skills for automation
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and containerized environments
- Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting
- CKA and/or Microsoft Azure Administrator certifications are a plus
