What awaits you?

• You will contribute to the further development of our cloud security architecture, ensure the consistent implementation of existing security policies across team boundaries, and integrate Security-as-Code into CI/CD pipelines.
• You will conduct workshops and training sessions for development teams, promote a lived security culture, and advise on compliance requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, BSI-C5).
• You will support teams in the secure introduction of AI tools, raise awareness for new attack surfaces such as prompt injection or insecure AI pipelines, and translate technical issues into clear recommendations for action for various stakeholders.
• You will work closely with development and security teams, review code and infrastructure configurations, and develop frameworks that can be directly applied in projects.

What you should bring?

• You have a completed degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field, and several years of experience in IT security in software development, ideally in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes).
• You possess strong communication skills.
• You have experience in conducting training sessions and workshops, as well as an analytical, hands-on working style.
• You routinely use AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude in your daily work.
• You are fluent in German and English.
