About the Role

Are you experienced in Identity Security and Microsoft 365 and know how to develop security concepts not only on paper but also implement them in practice? Do you feel equally comfortable in the workshop room as you do in the technical project day-to-day?

Then you are exactly right with us. We are looking for a Consultant who will support our clients holistically – from strategic consulting and conception to the technical implementation of identity and M365 solutions.

Your Tasks

• Planning and conducting technical workshops and training sessions on Identity Security and Microsoft 365
• Creating security concepts, architecture documentation, and decision papers
• Technical implementation and support of projects in the areas of Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, Privileged Identity Management, and other M365 security solutions
• Advising clients at eye level – from requirements gathering to go-live support
• Close collaboration with internal teams and external project partners

What You Bring

• Several years of professional experience in Identity & Access Management and Microsoft 365 Security
• Relevant Microsoft certification, e.g., SC-300, MS-500, AZ-500, or comparable
• Proven ability to create concepts and independently moderate and conduct workshops
• Hands-on mentality: You take initiative and implement projects independently
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken – both languages are equally required in project work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical matters understandably
