Your Responsibilities

• Leading solution development in the presales process by conducting customer workshops and presenting solution demonstrations
• Contributing sound technical expertise on common e-commerce platforms and customer experience solutions
• Analyzing business and technical requirements of customers and developing modular solution architectures integrating various systems (e.g., CMS, Search, OMS, PIM)
• Creating precise project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates
• Planning and implementing rough and detailed concepts in collaboration with partner solutions
• Close collaboration with development teams and customers to capture and refine requirements
• Advising customers on project-specific topics with a focus on best practices, standards, and trends in Composable Commerce
• Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships
• Continuous training on product developments and acquiring relevant certifications

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce platforms or Composable Commerce architectures
• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing system architectures and technical solutions
• Very good German language skills (C2 level) and very good English language skills (at least C1 level)
• Strong skills in self-organization and time and priority management
• Sound knowledge in: Web technologies (e.g., data privacy, SEO, analytics, security, caching)
• Sound knowledge in: Integration methods (e.g., REST APIs)
• Sound knowledge in: Data modeling
• Enjoyment of conceptual and analytical tasks
• Open, communicative personality with strong presentation skills
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
